I was\u00a0impressed that in his early 20s she has conviction to enter the world of venturing. I was also\u00a0intrigued if she had sufficient understanding the job. She claimed that she had done well in math, accounting, and business, during\u00a0the college years. Being in a startup, working with other startups as an angel investor, and\u00a0mentoring a few others in an\u00a0accelerator, has helped me get a better perspective. Nonetheless it is a bit early for her to consider venturing into capital.<\/p>\n<p>And yesterday I discovered this <a href=\"http:\/\/guykawasaki.com\/the_venture_cap\/\">Venture Capital Aptitude Test (VCAT)<\/a> on Guy Kawasaki&#8217;s blog. It has valuable advice for everyone aspiring to be in the venture capital community, unless of course they have their own funds to work with.
